From the start, he listened carefully and addressed all our concerns and issues and stuck to his promises throughout the entire project. He also gave us a lot of design input and suggestions to help us save money that we did not get from our architect.
The project was finished on time and we actually came in UNDER BUDGET. Grey worked with us to save money, but made sure all the work was top quality. He has an excellent eye for details. We did not even need a punch list. He made sure everything was right without waiting for us to find problems.
Another plus is that Grey is an expert in green building and he helped us incorporate environmentally correct building materials and practices into our project. Not only is this good for the planet, but should help us with resale as well.
We lived in the house throughout the entire project and his team and subs kept the place clean and made every effort to disturb us as little as possible. They were a pleasure to work with.
Even though our project has been finished for over a year, they still come back and make minor repairs for no charge. It feels great to know that we have a builder who will be there whenever we need him."
