Director of Operations
Jayme, a Certified Sustainable Building Advisor (CSBA) and LEED Green Associate, supervises and streamlines the day-to-day operations and management functions for the company. She works closely with the team to ensure that all systems are in place and functional, ensuring a smooth transition between project managers, on-site superintendents and clients.
Jayme oversees all marketing and media relations for the company. Jayme also directs and sustains the company-wide safety program which has allowed Grey Lundberg, Inc. to stay on the forefront of safety-related construction issues and be actively involved in educational seminars for trade contractors.
A graduate of the University of Washington Business School, Jayme earned a B.A. with an emphasis in marketing and negotiations. Her background includes sustainable construction, commercial real estate sales and organizational management consulting.
